My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable overall. The room was clean and comfy, and I loved the size as I stayed on the 5th floor. The service was prompt, even though there was some difficulty in communication. The location wasn't ideal as it didn't offer much improvement, and there was a mix-up with coffee grounds being mistaken for tobacco ash. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the buffet area seemed small at the moment. The facilities were decent with a good variety of amenities available.
